[PostgreSQL] PostgreSQL 18 support
DataGrip now supports PostgreSQL 18, which was released last year. Full support includes the following:
- OLD and NEW resolution in the RETURNING clauses.
- WITHOUT OVERLAPS in primary and unique constraints.
- PERIOD in foreign key constraints.
- GENERATED ALWAYS AS (...) [STORED | VIRTUAL] for columns.
- NOT ENFORCED and NOT VALID constraints.
